Returns

You can return ordered items within 30 days of receipt.

You have to pay the costs for the return shipment yourself.

We recommend that you return the goods to us only as an insured package with a tracking number. The sender is liable for the consignment, i.e. if the goods are not received or if the consignment is lost by the logistician, we do not assume any liability and cannot refund.

The amount will always be refunded using the same payment method that was used for the order. A credit note to a third person is generally not possible. Refunds will be made no later than 7 working days after receipt of the returned goods.
