Information on the calculation of the delivery time
For deliveries to Germany: The period for delivery begins on the day after acceptance of the order and ends on the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a general public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day. For deliveries to other European countries and Switzerland, a maximum of 7 days and for worldwide shipping up to 21 days must be added to the delivery time stated for the respective item.
Terms of delivery outside the EU
Information for our Non-EU customers: In case of delivery outside the European Union we deduct the German VAT, so your payment to us neither includes VAT, nor does it include taxes, duties, import fees or custom fees charged by your local government. As customs policies vary by country, we cannot anticipate what these charges will be and therefore we will not be responsible for any taxes, duties, import fees or custom fees levied once the purchased products reach your country.
